The name of the parameter nphotons or nphot was changed to nPhotonPackets for the three programs PhotonsFromStars.f90, PhotonsFromSourceModel.f90, and LyaPhotonsFromGas.f90. (the variable name in these codes has also been homogenized and is nphotons everywhere)
