Add Pixtable tests

Sometime very basic tests but it is difficult to test accurately the results. At least we know that these functions run :) Also this allowed to find and fix a bug in divide_slice_median.

NB: these tests use optional files that live in /home/gitlab-runner/mpdaf-test-data for the gitlab test runner, and can be copied in lib/mpdaf/data/extern to use locally.
