Add `fit_lines` method to spectrum

Use pyPLATEFIT and keep the compatibility with line_fitting branch implementation.

The fit_lines method does not states that providing the continuum is still mandatory so that we don't have to change the code once the continuum estimation is done by pyPLATEFIT.
