WIP: Implement line fitting code

Implement the line fitting code as a method of the mpdaf Spectrum object.

TODO:

• Add unit tests
• Force maximum ratio for doublet lines?

Bugs:

• Ask for rest-frame vacuum wavelengths in line table.
