- size of tao_remote_object is a multiple of 64 bytes;
- private definitions moved from <tao-remote-objects.h> to
  <tao-remote-objects-private.h>;

This is a preliminary version of the API for remote cameras which
temporarily coexist with shared cameras.

- frame_number -> serial in tao_acquisition_buffer
- updating and getting camera configuration is now done by 2 different
  functions;
- names have been "normalized";

The remote objects all use the same state and command constants for a
more uniform behavior.  All commands have a time limit.  The kill
command is considered as successful if the server was already killed.
